Our shipping department will fill orders received, and confirmation and tracking information will be provided via e-mail. Please allow at least 2-3 days for the order to be processed and then allow for shipping time.
Processing
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks on standard orders. During busy periods, such as holidays orders may take longer. Delays may be encountered with incomplete or inaccurate orders. If this happens your order will be placed at the bottom. Please make sure to complete the form accurately and neatly. If there is a problem you will be notified via e-mail. It is very important that we have current contact information on file to avoid delays.
No ‘Add-Ons’
No add-ons will be accepted. When an order has been placed, it is considered complete. Any additional changes/orders will be considered a new order. This is to prevent the time spent to track down and change orders. Make sure your order is complete before you place it.
No Split or Combined Orders
Each Dealer should place his/her own order. Dealers are not allowed to combine orders. Master cases contain 4 units of a single banner color. Cases cannot be mixed or special packed.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on address and weight. Inventive Ideas ships via Fed-Ex Ground services, however, priority shipping may be requested at an additional cost. Shipping & Handling charges are added to all invoices. Please check your invoice once you receive product to verify counts and banner colors.
Shipping To Retail Customers
Inventive Ideas believes in the value of local services and training for retail store managers, clerks and support staff. We prefer our dealers hand-deliver goods directly to local retailers to insure displays are correctly set up. Retail staff should be confident in selling SportsShade features and benefits and enthusiastic about the product. It is very important to keep in contact with your retail customers; however we will ship direct to stores, when appropriate, and can invoice “freight collect” using retail supplied shipping carrier and account number. A handling charge will apply.
Order Discrepancies
Check your order when received and report any discrepancies immediately. Unreported discrepancies will not be corrected after (5) business days of receipt of order. See Merchandise Return Policy below for additional information.
Shipper
Inventive Ideas is not responsible for shipper damages, this rarely happens, but if you are concerned about this you may ask for shipping insurance for an additional cost. Unreported damages will not be accepted after (5) business days of receipt of order.
